Matt began his real estate career in 2010 with 8 years of sales and management experience. He was finance manager for Tenvoorde Ford and decided to put his sales, management, organization and people skills in use in a business where he could direct his focus exclusively in the commercial real estate market.

Matt joined Warnert Commercial Real Estate as a sales associate and property manager and has successfully increased his client base with referrals and repeat clients who trust all their real holdings with Matt.

Working as an associate with Sheila DeVine with her 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, who also serves as a St Cloud Planning Commissioner since 2007 and as a Board member of the MN Commercial Association of Real Estate Exchange since 2008 has given Matt a large lead in being able to resourcefully help his clients to lease, sell and manage their properties.
