Sheila began her real estate career in 1977 in the residential market. In 1989 she took a leasing position with Griffin Dain Real Estate in Downtown Minneapolis leasing condominium units for a TCF Bank project. It was at that time she began to direct her career exclusively in the commercial market. She focused on franchise site selections and was retained by Taco Bell Corporate Real Estate in Eden Prairie where she developed an in depth understanding of the site selection industry.

Through the years, she has worked diligently in areas of land development, industrial, retail and office sales and leasing along with business brokerage. She has a keen sense of business brokerage since purchasing and operating a locally owned retail operation for four years.

Sheila has spent a great deal of time serving her community the last 25 years in leadership roles for the March of Dimes, the United Way and fundraising for St. Cloud State Alumni Association.

Currently she serves as:
  • President MN Commercial Association of Realtor Exchange Board
  • Co-Chair St. Cloud Chapter of the MN Commercial Association of Realtors
  • St. Cloud Planning Commission MemberBoard Member of the Downtown Council
  • Policy Board Member for the St. Cloud Area Planning Organization
  • Served on the Mayor’s Task Force for Economic Development
  • Currently serving on the Regional Task Force for Economic Development
  • And numerous other committee memberships such as St Cloud Land Development Code, Neighborhood Best Practices, Fifth Avenue Study to name a few

Sheila partnered with Mark and Ron Warnert to form Warnert Commercial Real Estate, LLC as President and Designated Broker. Together they are committed to maintaining their long standing reputation for doing business with honest, respectable business practices.
